As a two-time Emmy Award and Peabody Award-winner, college professor, award-winning documentary film producer and former trial attorney and author, Jack Ford has been commanding the spotlight for a lifetime. This son of Pt. Pleasant, NJ was a three-year varsity football starter at Yale University. He also attended the Fordham University School of Law, which he partially financed from his three winning appearances on “Jeopardy”.
He can currently be seen as a CBS News Correspondent for 60 Minutes Sports and as the co-host of Metro Focus on PBS. He has also received an American Radio and Television Award, a National Headliner Award, the March of Dimes FDR Award and he was also voted People Magazine’s “Sexiest News Anchor”. This philanthropist and devoted family man is also a Visiting Lecturer at Yale, NYU and the University of Virginia. He and his wife Dorothy live in Spring Lake, NJ and are the parents of Dr. Ashley Ford Haggerty and Colin Ford.
