Anthony G. (“Tony”) Ambrosio is the founder and CEO of Rimetti Advisory Services, a strategic advisory firm. He has spent 36 years in the media industry having served the last decade as Senior Executive Vice President at CBS Corporation.

Tony’s other key positions include Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

As a corporate officer at CBS, Tony was instrumental in overseeing operations in various divisions, such as Network Entertainment, News, Sports, and Simon & Schuster publishing. He also led CBS EcoMedia, a pioneering unit focused on creating public-private partnerships to fund nonprofits and drive positive community outcomes. Additionally, he developed CBS Experiences (CBSX), a live events initiative, and served on the Board of Directors for the Outdoor unit post-spin-off.
As CAO, Tony managed global functional areas including Real Estate, Facilities, Strategic Sourcing, and Corporate Social Responsibility, overseeing initiatives like CBS CARES. As CHRO, he directed all human resources policies and talent management strategies, including recruitment and talent development.

Tony is a former Chairman of the Emma Bowen Foundation for Minority Interests in Media, a past board member of the American Benefits Council, and currently serves on the Board of the Center for Communications.

At Rimetti, he has supported the founders and CEOs of a wide range of start-up enterprises, including medicine, electrification, beauty, social impact funding, entertainment and hospitality in combinations of roles as Advisor, Investor, and Advisory Board member. Ambrosio has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh and a Masters of Business Administration from New York University Stern School of Business.
