Vivian is a New Jersey Licensed Social Worker with 20 years of diligent service to youth, adults and families. Vivian has extensive experience in various settings including workforce development and training, behavioral health, and secondary and higher education student services. She has committed her education and career to empowering individuals through the implementation of innovative workforce programs, education, trauma-informed and strengths-based therapies, advocacy, and civic engagement. Currently she serves as the Executive Director of the Training and Development Institute of the African American Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey.
